We are excited to share that West has been named the winner for Excellence in Fill & Finish at the Asia Pacific Vaccine Excellence Awards 2021 (AVEA 2021).

Recently, the West China Commercial Team visited one of our major local customers, Wuxi Biologics, and hosted its first large-scale on-site customer event, “Innovation Day.” As one of our major local customers, Wuxi Biologics is a leading company in China’s prosperous biopharmaceutical industry. The event drew over 140 participants and expanded our strategic collaboration, which will help us further support Wuxi Biologics with their specific drug development needs.

The West Generics team recently hosted a virtual panel event featuring experts from pharmaceutical, supply chain and consulting backgrounds to discuss the trends, pressure points and best practices around generics with a goal of shared understanding around a growing market.

The Packaging Academy has been organized by West in Asia Pacific for the past 5 years, beginning in 2015, and serves as a valued training platform for our customers in injectable packaging both in the areas of containment and delivery systems.

West's facility in Kearney, NE has been awarded the 2018 Large Business Diversity Employment and Inclusion Award, presented by Nebraska Vocational Rehabilitation (VR). Nebraska VR is an employment program that helps people with disabilities prepare for, find and keep a job while helping businesses recruit, train and retain people with disabilities.
