DAIKYO D SIGMA® plungers are made from D21-7H a premium quality chlorobutyl elastomer with the tightest particulate specification in the Daikyo portfolio. They are laminated on drug contact surface with Daikyo Flurotec™ barrier film to minimize the interaction between the elastomeric closure and the drug product. These plungers have automated 100% dimensional verification which results in lower variability contributes to reliable machinability in fill-finish operations.
